This resignates with all of us who have seen the success and the steps we are taking to keep success on our horizions. This is something I have to remind myself its the small steps, that sometimes, matters big.

As we lead our members through SBRG Leaders Circle, we can inspire more members to become better at everything they do. When they see us acting as a leadership team and not tasks handlers, they will step in right behind you to carry on the good repuation you built within your chapter. We can’t run a chapter alone but together we can inspire others to lead.

The opportunity is not to discover the perfect organization for ourselves. The opportunity is to build the perfect organization for each other.

From experience, I have seen chapters within huge organizations, start and quit fast. People miss the mark when they put themselves first without the given opportunities to helping others.

Our businesses grow profitable once we realize that we DON’T HAVE TO know everything, and once we stop pretending we do, we build more trust with each other thru referrals and friends for life.

Again, from experience, there has been too many times where a business promise a type of services, just to get the new business. A lifetime of mistrust happens faster than the transaction itself. If we can’t provide a service, there is plenty of business you can do without having to have mistrust at any point in our careers.
